We got the air conditioning fixed yesterday early yesterday. The fuses blew due to the extreme heat we have been having. It got up to 114 yesterday, and it's already 110 right now. It took most of the day to cool back down, so we ended up having Hannah spend Tuesday night and most of yesterday over at my parent's house. A week or so ago, I was invited to my first BzzAgent campaign for about.me. about.me is a website that lets you create a personal page that has a short bio and links all of your online sites...sort of like a business card. The page is fully customizable and completely free. The concept is pretty neat, so I headed over the to site and registered. After a quick and easy sign up, I picked out my custom URL, then got to work creating my page. You can choose from 17 different gallery backgrounds, or upload your own. I ended up using one of the gallery images since I don't have any good pictures of myself. Next, you can type in your info, then edit the font & colors. You have your name in big, bold letters, a headline consisting of whatever text your want, and a big bio space. I've left my bio empty for the moment because I have absolutely no idea what to write.
