shots and fever
Hannah got her second round of shots on Tuesday. She ran a fever that night and all of the next day. She was mostly back to normal yesterday, but she been a bit grumpy. She fussed almost the entire time my parents were over to see her.The doctor said that she is doing great and we don't need to add the extra power in her formula anymore. We can also start her on rice cereal now. Hannah's not overly fond of the taste, but she is eating it with a spoon...at least until her paticence wears out which is about 10 bites. I just mix whatevers left in with her bottle. She can start some baby food next month as well. ...

Pampers diaper rash debate
I've been hearing a lot about the Pampers diaper rash debate for a few days now. I didn't know anything about the complaints when I made the decision to not use them. The hospital used Pampers and almost imediatly Hannah had horible diaper rash. I'm not sure if it was Dry Max or Swadlers, but the rash she had matched what others have been discribing. Once home, I started using Huggies Little Snugglers and she hasn't had a problem since.There has been a huge amount of complaints about the diapers and you would think that Pampers would look into what is causing it. Instead, they are getting all pissy about it and claiming that everyone is lying.
