A few weeks back, I was asked to check out the MyMemories software. MyMemories is a digital scrapbooking software that allows you to create detailed digital scrapbooks. They are quick to make and less time consuming than making a regular paper scrap book, and you can share them with your friends and family easily. The program is pretty basic and easy to figure out. You can choose between using a template or creating your own with hundreds of images, assets, and fonts that are included with the software. You can also download more image/asset packs and templates from the website as well. Many of the packs are free, but they also have premium packs you can purchase that are very inexpensive. Plus, add in music and video...something that you can't do with a traditional scrapbook. If you go with the templates, then all you'll have to do for the most part is drop in your images and edit text. If you go with creating your own, however, you will be creating everything ...

Product Review – QuickShower Gym Wipes
A few weeks back, I was sent some samples of QwickShower Gym Class Wipes to review. The wipes were created by a father of three who wanted a way for his kids to clean up quick after sports pratice. The wipes are individually packed and are 10"x12". I was sent a sample pack consisting of two individual wipes. I had been expecting the regular 24 pack (which is what they infered we were getting). I wasn't really able to test this one out as much I wold have liked, but I had to make due with what I got. Anyway, the wipe itself is huge. It's around the size of a regular sheet of paper. The cloth is failry sturdy and withstands a good scrubbing. The texture is also nice. There was no heavy fragrence that I could smell, which is always a plus in my book. I left my skin feeling clean and freash. There were a few sticky spots, but nothing that I would consider off putting. Since the wipes are individually wrapped, the uses are endless. You can used them after a ...
Product Review – Magid EconoWear Shoe Covers
A few weeks back, I was sent some Magid EconoWear shoe covers. The covers tear and puncture resistant, and have elastic at the ankles. They are disposable and can be used for a large number of projects. The covers are available in various sizes, and easily slip over your shoes. I found them great for when I'm cleaning the floor. I can put them on over my socks or shoes and not have to worry about leaving foot prints. They are especially useful in the dining room where the floor is already messed up. It tends to stay sticky no matter what you do due to poor air circulation. The covers don't stick as much as socks do, so they are perfect. They are also great for DIY projects such as painting a room. Not only will they protect your shoes from paint drops, but you can take them off when your getting ready to leave the room and not run the risk of tracking paint everywhere. The uses are endless. Overall, the shoe covers are very useful. They can be used for all sorts of ...

Busy few days
The past few days have been way too busy! I spent most of Monday curled up in bed sick. I wasn't feeling much better Tuesday when I had to get up at 5:30 in the morning to get to the appointment I had with the hand specialist. We had a hard time trying to find the place, and ended up driving past it at least 3 times before we realized it. The hand guy was nice, and it wasn't a long visit. After examining my hand, he said that it looks like everything is centered in the main thumb joint and then radiates out from there. The joint was inflamed all the way around, and he wasn't sure what was causing it. He said that if you do something to tear the ligament, then it usually only hurts on that one side. He gave me a steroid shot and said that it should clear everything out, and that the pain shouldn't come back. If it does, then we will go from there. The shot wasn't pleasant. He had to pull forward on my thumb while I pulled back so that it would open up the joint enough to get the ...
