A few weeks ago, I was sent an easy Wring Spin mop & Bucket System from Ohuhu to test out and review. The bucket has a foot peddle operated dryer for the mop head and a drain plug. The mop pole is stainless steel and adjustable, & the mop head spins a full 360 degrees. It also comes with an extra replacement mop head. A family member has a similar bucket, and I thought it was pretty neat. My daughter really wanted me to get one since it was easy for her to use. Why a 5 year old wants to mop the floor is beyond me, but she was super excited when this mop arrived at the doorstep. She actually put the mop together herself while I got the bucket out of the box. The buck is very big, and can easily hold a few gallons of water. It has a sturdy handle so I was able to easily lift it and move it around. The foot peddle moves easily, though my daughter had a little difficulty pressing it down at first. For the spinner, the mop head snaps into it and then spins as you press the ...

Product Review – Kabob Skewer Rack
A few weeks ago, I was sent a Kabob Skewer Rack from Cave Tools. The rack & skewers are stainless steel and the skewers are able to turn in 8 different positions giving you 360 degrees of rotation. Each skewer is flat, ensuring that the food stays put & doesn’t fall off. There is also a disk/slider that lets you easily remove the meat from the skewers as well. It will fit on any grill, is dishwasher safe, and comes with a 100% money back guarantee. I was very excited to try out the rack. We enjoy barbecuing and haven’t had a kabob rack in a long time. The last one we had literally melted the first time we used it, and never bought another one. The rack is very nice, sturdy, and well made. After giving a quick cleaning, we were ready to test it out. My husband marinated some beef and I set it on the skewers. The meat went on easily and I was able to space it out a little. Once my husband put it on the grill, it didn’t take too long for it to cook. He was able to easily ...
Product Review – Insulated Lunch Bag
Last week, I was sent an Insulated Lunch Bag with adjustable shoulder strap from Sacko to try out and review. The bag has two zippered compartments (the main one & a front pocket), several mesh pockets, and the adjustable strap. I was excited to try this since the handle on my daughter’s school lunch bag broke off. The adjustable strap would make it a lot easier for her to carry it into school. Her other bag had to be clipped to her backpack with a carabiner, which is why the handle tore off. The bag is a good size, and has plenty off room for containers & snacks. I had no problem getting everything into the bag for her lunch. In fact, it ended up looking kind of empty. I think the only issue I have found with it is that it doesn’t seem to have a lot of insulation in it. I normally use a large cold pack in order to keep her drink & sandwich cool, but my daughter said that the bag was kind of warm by the time she ate. It’s not as much of an issue for her since I don’t ...

A few days ago, I was sent a Boo Boo Monster Bandage pack from Gotta Bandage to check out and review. The pack came with 3 boxes of bandages, a tote, stickers, and a tin box with bandages in it. The bandages glow in the dark and have a monster on them. I think the bandages are adorable and wore one of the werewolf ones for a few days on a cut. My daughter likes the Dracula one. They say on very well and they really do glow in the dark. The other bandages int eh tin were neat too. They were called TxTpressions & had phrases like 'lol' and 'btw' printed on them. Along with Deputy Peck (a woodpecker), Toby (a cactus), and her trusty steed Sparky, she protects the town from train robbers, noodle tornados, and more. The first DVD of episodes, Howdy Partner!, contains 5 episodes of the show & also includes a free pop-up play set. My daughter loves this show, and was thrilled to get the DVD. The show itself is very cute. Each episode has a musical number, many of which are sung by Callie who is voiced by Mandy Moore (Rapunzel in Tangeled). Each episode teaches important lessons about fairness and good morals, and there are lots of laughs. Overall, it’s a very good show for young children and worth checking out.
