I was very excited to try out the rack. We enjoy barbecuing and haven’t had a kabob rack in a long time. The last one we had literally melted the first time we used it, and never bought another one. My husband marinated some beef and I set it on the skewers. The meat went on easily and I was able to space it out a little. Once my husband put it on the grill, it didn’t take too long for it to cook. He was able to easily turn the skewers as need, and the meat did stay put on the 
skewers. The meat cooked perfectly and tasted wonderful. A few days later, we did some pork as well. Like the beef, it came out perfect.
Clean up, as advertised, was very easy. The skewers & rack wiped clean quickly with a little soap, and I didn’t have to scrub them at all. I’ve stored the rack under my oven with no space issues, and I’m keeping the skewers in my utensil jar with my oversized knives that don’t fit in my knife block.
