A few weeks back, I was invited to try out Printcopia. Printcopia is a print service that lets you print out your pictures in a variety of ways, including standard prints & canvas prints. I got to get an 8x10 canvas print. The ordering process was pretty straight forward. I selected the canvas size and then uploaded my image. Unfortunately, I wasn’t unable to rotate the canvas…so what I originally wanted as a full body shot of my daughter ended up being an extreme close-up of her face. You are then able to adjust your image color and contrast. There are also extra color options as well that will cost extra. You also have to pay extra depending on how you want the canvas wrapped. I also noticed that you had to pay extra if you want the picture wire hanging stuff for it as well. I didn’t add anything extra to it and left it bare bones, and the price for just the picture was $56.78 before tax. They have several shipping options, ranging from free to $39.95 for next day ...

Product Review – CanvasPop
A few weeks ago, I received a $40 gift certificate towards getting a print from CanvasPop. CanvasPop lets you create a canvas print using your own images. They have virtually unlimited size options and several image editing effects. The creation process is pretty simple and straight forward. You first pick where you are getting you’re image from (computer, Facebook, ect…), then pick the type of layout you. You then have the option of choose either a standard size or a custom size that you define. The next step is to choose your frame options. You then have the option of adding an effect. They have options like comic book, oil painting and vintage. Black & White is free, while the others cost $10 to $30 extra. If you are handy with Photoshop, or any other photo editing software, you can ...

I was given a gift certificate to purchase anything that I wanted on the site. At first, I figured that I wouldn’t be able to get much since many of the products offered on the site are somewhat expensive (I didn’t find anything under $14). Plus, many businesses don’t ...
Product Review – groOrganic Garden Planner
groOrganic offers many services on their site, the most interesting of which is their garden planner. The garden planner is an online program that allows you draw out your garden plans, as well as input what your planning to grow. You are also able to view planting and harvesting dates specific to your area. It requires no download to use, but you do have to have a membership in the site. The application is very easy to use. First, you enter you zip code so that you can view your frost dates and edit your growing season attributes. I set mine to a split season since I can't grow anything during the hottest part of the summer. Next, you input the dimension of your garden and then drag and drop in your veggies. There are also several shape and text tools that allow you to make notes and mark out features. I used the rectangle tool to mark out the area where I have stepping stones. When I had the general layout out done, I spent some time changing up the veggies I had ...
