I've spent the last week trying out Postnatal Thermogenic from Delta Labs. It's a postnatal weight loss supplement designed to boost your metabolism in order to help you loose any weight gained from your pregnancy. The pills contain no caffeine or stimulants, and has ingredients to help promote lactation. You take two pills a day; one in the morning and one at night. I was a little dubious about taking the pills at first. It's been over a year since I had Hannah and the majority of the weight I have now is excess fluid from the uterine infection, subsequent allergic reactions to medication, and having to take prednisone for 2 weeks. I didn't think it would do a lot of good, but I'm very surprised by the results. Almost immediately I noticed that my fingers weren't swelling up and I could actually get my wedding band on and off, which I've been having difficulty with since being on the prednisone. I also noticed that my pants were a a bit looser, showing that a lot of the ...

Product Review – Neoteric Diabetic Advanced Healing Cream
I recently had the opportunity to test out Neoteric Diabetic Advanced Healing Cream. The cream is clinically proven to increase circulation and speed skin's healing by strengthening its own natural defenses. I had gestational diabetes during my pregnancy, and between it and the severe allergic reactions I had to medication immediately after the pregnancy, my feet got pretty nasty. The skin around my heels and my toes mounds (I had to look that up here) were yellowed and callused. The skin was also very dry. I used the healing cream for about two weeks. I put on a fair amount about twice a day, and noticed immediate results after the first day. My skin quality drastically improved and started to look normal again. When you use it, you want to put on a pretty good amount, and also make sure you use it several times a day. The more you use it, the better your skin will look and heal. You also don't have to use it just on your feet. I also used it on my elbows and got similar ...
Product Review – Instantpeel
When I was first approved for the Instantpeel promotion through Tomoson, I didn't know what to expect out of the product. I have sensitive skin so I usually don't bother too much with different skin treatments aside from using a gentle cleanser and periodically using moisturizer. Instantpeel is an exfolient that removes dead skin from your face and neck. The overall process only takes a few minutes and you can easily do it in the shower. After you have been in the shower for a few minutes, apply small amounts to your fingertips and gently message into your skin. It doesn't take long for dead skin to start to peel off. Keep messaging until you no longer feel skin flaking up, and then rinse with warm water. In total, it took me about 6 or 7 minutes to to my entire face and neck. The results were surprising, even to me. I could feel a noticeable difference in my skin even while still using the product. It was smoother and softer, and my complexion improved dramatically. Even now, ...
Product Review – BrytonPic [Extended]
After I finished the original review, I figured that I was done with the BrytonPic. When I went to the mailbox a few minutes ago, I was both surprised and confused to find something from them. Upon opening them, I found it was more samples. Why would they be sending me more samples after I gave them a bad review? If you remember, BrytonPic sent me a note back in October of last year stating that they had mailed out a pack of pics to use and review. After waiting over a month and a half, I sent several emails out to find out why I hadn't received anything. Eventually I received what I thought was a replacement set on Christmas Eve. That was, in reality, the original set. What I received today was the replacement, post marked Feb 2. This only further shows how bad the shipping department for this product is. Imagine if you were a paying customer. It takes well over two months to actually send out an order. Add on top of that the fact that no one responds to emails when ...
Product Review – BrytonPic
I was excited to try out the BrytonPic, being that I absolutely hate flossing. I had hopes that it would make it easier and faster to do. It works....but the cons of this product far outweigh the pros. The BrytonPic is essentially a thin, yet sturdy, piece of foil with a coating of plastic covering the middle. They are reusable for 30 days. The foil is flexible and it does easily slide in between your teeth. However, you are using foil...as in metal. It is sharp and will easily cut your gums no matter how careful you are. It even nicked my lip while I was trying to reach back teeth, which leads to the next problem. While the foil ends are flexible, the pic as a whole is not. The length and shape make it impossible to reach back teeth. All I managed to do was tear up my mouth. The other major flaw with the pic is that it doesn't really remove any plack. The foil with loosen it, but since it is a smother surface, the plack doesn't stick to it. Your lucky to get a bit of a smear. I ...
Product Review: Mylicon
Mylicon Gas Relief is a total life saver!! Hannah has a lot of problems with gas due to her formula, and since I started her on mylicon it's been a lot better. It's a little pricy, but it's worth it. Pros: -- use at every feeding -- can be mixed with formula or given with dropper -- $2 off coupon in every box Cons: -- costs almost $7 at Wal-Mart ...
