A few weeks back, I was sent the complete set of Fé Fit Women’s 13-Week, 90-Day Workout Program to try out and review. It has 28 videos, each around 30 minutes, that are designed for women to help firm and tighten several areas and well as lose weight.
The set comes with several flexible tracking calendars, so you can workout anywhere between 3 to 6 days a week. They also give you little charts and stickers that you can use keep track of where you are & also tells you which of the workouts you will be doing that day. You will also need a set of 3lb hand weights, Pilates ring, exercise band, and a mat (I don’t use the mat). All of those items can be easily found at Walmart.
I’ve been trying to aim toward 6 days a week, but I have been inconsistent as far as when I have time to do it. Plus, I have to be careful how much of certain things I do, like squats and jumping, because I still can’t bend my knee all the way & it ends up hurting too bad. Luckily, the exercises can be modified easily. Some of it I’ve skipped, but I’m hoping that over time I will be able to build a resistance. The exercises overall are pretty good. While a little tired after, I don’t feel like I just ran two marathons link I did when I tried INSANITY.
Since I’ve been a bit inconsistent with it, I haven’t noticed any dramatic weight loss. I have noticed that I don’t seem to be retaining less fluid, though, so I guess that’s a start. I plan on doing a follow up review once I’m able to get to a regular schedule with the workouts.
Overall, it’s been pretty good so far. Like I, I want to do a more in-depth follow up once I’m able to get further in. The set is available for $139.99 with free shipping on Amazon.
I received the above mentioned product for free to help facilitate my review. All opinions are 100% my own.
