Printcopia Review & Giveaway [ENDED]

PrintcopiaA few weeks back, I was invited to try out Printcopia.  Printcopia is a print service that lets you print out your pictures in a variety of ways, including standard prints & canvas prints.  I got to get an 8×10 canvas print.

The ordering process was pretty straight forward.  I selected the canvas size and then uploaded my image.  Unfortunately, I wasn’t unable to rotate the canvas…so what I originally wanted as a full body shot of my daughter ended up being an extreme close-up of her face.  You are then able to adjust your image color and contrast.  There are also extra color options as well that will cost extra.  You also have to pay extra depending on how you want the canvas wrapped.  I also noticed that you had to pay extra if you want the picture wire hanging stuff for it as well.  I didn’t add anything extra to it and left it bare bones, and the price for just the picture was $56.78 before tax.  They have several shipping options, ranging from free to $39.95 for next day air.
I received the canvas about two and a half weeks later and it came out very nice.  I wasn’t expecting any hanging gear to be on the back since I opted out of the wire stuff, but it came with one of the bar hangers already attached.  My mom loves it and she has already hung it up in her living room.
Overall, it’s not too bad.  It runs about the same price as CanvasPop, which I reviewed earlier in the year, but you don’t get as many options.  I think it’s great for someone like me who does photography & edits their own pictures.  You can check out all of their canvas prints and other services at their website. They also own several other sites that make car magnets, custom banners and cheap signs too.

I received the aboove mentioned product for free.

The Giveaway
Printcopia wants to give one lucky reader their own 8×10 canvas print.  These make wonderful Christmas gifts.  To enter, tell me what picture you would get printed on the canvas in a comment below.  Once you do that, you can complete the extra entires on the Rafflecopter form.  The giveaway is open to US residents only, and ends December 2 @ midnight EST.
