Sign-Ups Open for Metropolitan 5 Piece Dining Set Giveaway

Mom Blog Society is hosting a giveaway for a black Metroplitan 5 Piece Dining Set.  They are taking sign-ups for bloggers.  You will get a free Facebook and MBS Fan Page link with sign up.  Additioinal links will cost $1 each (options include twitter, stumbleupon, pinterest, rss or email).  They are also looking for 5 Ch-hosts ($25) and Page Hosts ($10).
