Recipe – Jasmine’s Brussels Sprouts

Jason found this recipe a few weeks ago and we love it.  I use frozen Brussels sprouts instead of fresh, mostly because the store doesn’t have them all the time, and I use regular bacon instead of panchetta.  The last time I fixed it, I also added in capers.
