…if it’s not one thing, it’s another…
The control panel on the oven went out again. We just had it replaced in January! The factory warranty is out, so we had to call Best Buy to try to get it fixed. However, they said that we have no extended warrranty showing up in the system. The guy on the phone said that it was probaly never got entered into the system and that there is nothing they can do. The cheapest way to fix it is to order the part, $131 plus shipping, and fix it ourselves. So now we don't have an oven again. Great...just great... ...
Photo Walk
I did the photo walk today and had a lot of fun. However, I felt somewhat inadequate with my Cyber-Shot while everyone else had fancy digital cameras with multiple lenses. Oh well, it could have been worse. I could have paraded around out there with my 35mm film camera and have everyone looking at it like it was some sort of ancient antique...like they were with the one guy. It reminded me of the monkeys and the obelisk in 2001: Space Odyssey. ...
