A few weeks back, I was asked to try out Cave Tool’s new BBQ grill pan. This flat pan has two sections: one that’s solid and one that has slats for grill marks. It’s made of durable stainless steel and measures 15.3 by 13 inches.
We recently bought a new charcoal grill after our gas grill finally wore out (replacement parts cost more than a brand new grill!). This pan is large enough to cover a good portion of the grill rack, and is excellent. So far we have cooked steaks, fish, burgers, and more. Nothing has stuck to it yet, and it easily cleans off. It still looks brand new even after over a dozen uses.
