A few days ago, I received this month’s Gourmet Gifter box. It contained 4 new products to try out. As with the first two posts, I will cover two of the times today.
Carmel Crispy Bar
The Carmel Crispy Bar caught my attention right away, mostly because my daughter ran off with it once she got a look inside the box & saw it. I assumed that it would have some carmel drizzled on top of it. Instead, it’s coated in it. I think it was mixed in with the marshmallows or something, because that’s all you can taste aside from the puffed rice. It was glorious. And it was really, really sweet. I made it through about half of it before I ended up giving the rest to my daughter. She loved it.
PurEarth Nutrition Bar
Like the Meal Replacement Bar, these are cold pressed and very healthy for you. The flavor is Cherry Chocolate Almond. I personally didn’t care for this one as much. It lost the flavor once I started chewing it, making it really hard to eat.
Overall, the Carmel Crispy Bar was nothing short of wonderful. I wasn’t crazy about the nutrition bar, but wouldn’t mind trying one again if they come up with some different flavors.
