A few weeks back, I got another opportunity to test out one of Ozeri’s Green Earth Pans. This time I got an 8 inch Smooth Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan. The pan has an ultra-safe ceramic coating that is 100% PTFE and PFOA free & scratch resistant.
I have used my other Ozeri pan quite a bit since I got it, so I was very excited to get to try this one as well and see if it was just as good. The inside of the pan is completely smooth, without the grooved pattern, and it has a thicker handle. You also don’t have to use any type of cooking spray, oil, or butter.
Since receiving the pan, I’ve cooked eggs and grilled sandwiches in it multiple times a week. So far, I’ve not had one piece of food get stuck in it at all. When I’m done, all I have to do is wipe out the pan & it’s good to go.
Overall, I am truly impressed with this pan. Nothing sticks! As long as you take care of it and don’t use any oil/spray/butter, then it should last you a long time.
