Product Review — Multicolor Kid by Flattenme Books

November 23, 2013

Last week, I was sent a copy of Multicolor Kid by Flattenme Books.  Flattenme allows you to personalize a children’s book with a photo of your child or with just their name.  They have several titles to choose from, and you can also get t-shirts, bottles, and more.  Multicolor Kid is customized with just your child’s name & and a dedication (no photos).

Multicolor Kids relates all the colors to different aspects of your child: white for courage, blue for imagination, and so on.  Each page corresponds to a different color, with very bright pictures.  The child’s name is mentioned on each page, and all the text is large and easy to read.  It’s a great beginner’s book for little children.  My daughter loves pointing out all the different objects in the pictures.  She also likes that the book is talking about her and mentions her by name.

Ordering is fairly simple.  You only need to fill in the desired named, language, and the dedication, if any.  You also have a choice between hardcover (which I received) or paperback.  They have a flat rate shipping of $3.99.

Overall, I really like the book.  It’s very cute and my daughter enjoys reading it.  They are a bit expensive, but that’s mostly due to being custom print-on-demand.  The name only book prices are $34.95 for hardcover & $29.95 for paperback.  The book with photos cost a little more.  You can check out all of their books and other available items at their website.

I received the mentioned product for free to help facilitate my review.
