I recently got a try out Cardio Workout by Rumi. It’s a quick cardio workout routine designed to help you loose weight without time consuming sessions. The full video is about 30 minutes long. It has a four minute warm-up, twenty five minutes of exercise, and then seven minutes of cool-down streching.
The workout itself is fairly simple and effective. I’ve done it a few times now and can already see a bit of difference. If you are completly out of shape, I would suggest that you start out with a small number of reps and work your way up. That way you will be able to better judge your progress. The workout can be a bit intense, so I also suggest that you have water readily available on hand.
