Product Review – BrytonPic [Extended]

February 5, 2011

After I finished the original review, I figured that I was done with the BrytonPic.  When I went to the mailbox a few minutes ago, I was both surprised and confused to find something from them.  Upon opening them, I found it was more samples.  Why would they be sending me more samples after I gave them a bad review?

If you remember, BrytonPic sent me a note back in October of last year stating that they had mailed out a pack of pics to use and review.  After waiting over a month and a half, I sent several emails out to find out why I hadn’t received anything.  Eventually I received what I thought was a replacement set on Christmas Eve.  That was, in reality, the original set.  What I received today was the replacement, post marked Feb 2.

This only further shows how bad the shipping department for this product is.  Imagine if you were a paying customer.  It takes well over two months to actually send out an order.  Add on top of that the fact that no one responds to emails when you try to find out what is going on with your order.  I was lucky to hear back from anyone only because Tomoson.com got onto them.

So, has my overall opinion of both the company and product changed?  Yes, but not for the better.  This has only made it worse.  It’s a horrible product from an equally horrible company.  It’s not worth the money nor the hassle.
