The control panel on the oven went out again. We just had it replaced in January! The factory warranty is out, so we had to call Best Buy to try to get it fixed. However, they said that we have no extended warrranty showing up in the system. The guy on the phone said that it was probaly never got entered into the system and that there is nothing they can do.
The cheapest way to fix it is to order the part, $131 plus shipping, and fix it ourselves. So now we don’t have an oven again. Great…just great…
