Product Review – Turkish Evil Eye Bracelet

August 3, 2016

Last week, I was sent a Turkish Evil Eye bracelet to try out and review.  The bracelet feature an eye set off with assorted beads.  It’s on a leather cord with snap closures.  It can be worn by both men and women, and is suitable for all ages.  The evil eye is typically used to bring good luck and protection from ill wishes.  It is very popular throughout the world.

Turkish Evil Eye BraceletI’ve always thought that they look really neat, but have never gotten one before.  The bracelet itself is on a sturdy flat leather band, and has two additional braided bands added on a decoration.  It has two snap closures so you can adjust the size a little bit.  I have mine on the one closest to the end of the band and it fits perfectly.    The eye is set off with an assortment of metal colored beads and a pair of earthy colored ones.  It makes the blue really pop out.

So far, it’s been very comfortable.  The snaps have been doing fine, but I make sure to be very gentle with them.  I don’t want to run the risk of either the leather wearing out and breaking or accidentally tearing part of the snap out.

As far as luck and protection go, I don’t know.  I will say that since I received it I have suddenly been getting call backs for job applications.  It could be working…or it could just be coincidence.  Who knows.  *winks*

Overall, it’s a nice bracelet.  It’s pretty and a very interesting piece.  It’s available on Amazon for $7.90 (+ shipping).

I received the above mentioned product for free for a review.  All opinions are 100% my own.
