Last week, I was sent a USB 3.0 High-Speed 4-Port Switch Hub from Tmart.  Tmart offers a wide selection of products ranging from electronics, cosplay wigs, all at low prices.  The USB Hub I selected is compatible with all USB ports and is available in white and black.

I was very excited to try out the Hub, since I always seem to be short USB ports.  My speakers, printer & smaller Hub take up the ones on the back of my PC.  I have two others on the side of my tower, but they are used by my MagicJack.  I have two free ports on my smaller (and very old) hub, by they get used up when working on book cover commissions and stock shoots.  My laptop, on the other hand, only has two ports so I’m totally out of luck if I have to plug in my portable CD drive (it uses both).

The Hub from Tmart is pretty neat.  Each of its 4 ports has a power switch and indicator lights.  It also comes with a good sized USB cord so that it reaches a pretty good way.   There is also a small light on the end to let you know if the Hub has power.  It hooked up very well to my laptop without any problems.  I did have some issues with it on my PC however.  It didn’t seem to want to recognize it, but I’ve been having some major issues with my PC lately so I’m not all that concerned about it.

Overall, I really love the 4-Port Hub.  It is absolutely perfect for my laptop, and once I get my PC straightened out it will very useful there as well.  The hub is $14 (+ shipping).  You can check out all of the other items available at the Tmart.com website, and also follow on Facebook & Youtube.
