Hannah is feeling a lot better today. However, she doesn’t want to leave her room now. I’m ‘bird sitting’ my parents cockatiel Paco while they are on vacation this week…and just like the last time, the two of them are not getting along.
Hannah was in her playpen out in the living room earlier this morning. Paco left her alone for a little bit, but then started tweeting at her and saying “Come here! Come here!” Hannah ignored him for a bit but eventually she crawled over by the cage and sat there glaring & snorting at him. She then stood up entirely on her own and attempted to lob her teeting ring at him. Her hand bounced off the mesh, causing her to loose her balance and fall. This went on for about 45 minutes until she had enough and started crying.
She’s in taking a nap now, so that should keep everything quiet for a bit. I’m going to try to get some video of the two of them later. It’s absolutely hilarious to watch.
